Participants
who have achieved 70% or more attendance of a course may
apply for a certificate of attendance within twelve months
from the completion date of the course. The application
letter with course title and commencing date specified,
should be sent together with (i) a crossed cheque of $20
made payable to City University of Hong Kong and (ii)
a self-addressed envelope with stamps to SCOPE. Please
provide an A4-size envelope if you do not want the certificate
to be folded. |
