The University of Wolverhampton (UoW), through the School of Continuing and Professional Education (SCOPE), City University of Hong Kong (CityU), offers a 2-year part-time top-up programme leading to the BA (Hons) International
Business Management.
This course will equip students with the knowledge and expertise to pursue an international management career. As globalisation increases, more organisations have to work beyond their traditional regional boundaries and compete in diverse global environments. These organisations need experts who can work across multicultural barriers and develop effective international strategies. This course will develop students¡¦ understanding of international business theories focusing on such topics as managing international operations, international strategy and risk analysis, and principles of international business. Students with be provided with an international insight into contemporary business practice so that they are prepared to address future management challenges. The focus of the course is truly international, and as well as reflecting on examples in a Hong Kong context, students will also be exposed to examples from across the globe.
