Introduction
 
The School of Legal Studies (SLS), University of Wolverhampton (UoW) is offering the LLM in International Corporate and Financial Law in Hong Kong in collaboration with the School of Continuing and Professional Education (SCOPE), CityU. The School of Legal Studies has been involved in providing legal education in Hong Kong since 1990.
 
UoW is one of the largest universities in the UK with over 22,000 students and 2,500 staff. SLS is one of the largest law schools in the UK with about 3,000 students and has over thirty years' experience of providing relevant, dynamic and forward-thinking legal education. The School runs LLB (Hons) and LPC courses, and also courses in Criminal Justice, Corporate and Professional Law, and English and European Law at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels and is active in a number of legal research areas, such as Insolvency and Company Law, Finance Law, Environmental Law, and Maritime and Trade Law.
