| Who Should Apply |
 |
This
programme provides Accreditation for Prior Achievement
(APA) for the above applicants. Eligible applicants
are entitled to claim 90 credits towards the award of
LLM provided that either the qualification was gained
within last 5 years or the qualification has been kept
up-to-date through professional practice. |

| Admission Requirements |
|
| Applicants should hold: |

The Postgraduate
Certificate in Laws (PCLL) from Hong Kong or
an equivalent qualification (Legal Practice
Course or Bar Vocational Course) from the United
Kingdom. |

Application
whose degree/qualification was not taught and
assessed in English may be required to demonstrate
an English Proficiency equivalent to IELTS 6.5. |

Applicants
may be required to attend an admission interview
as part of the selection process. |

Applicants
are required to send completed application form,
copies of relevant qualifications and transcripts,
and the application fee in the form of a crossed
cheque or a casher's cheque made payable to
"City University of Hong Kong" to
SCOPE. |

are processed on a rolling basis. Review of
applications will start before the deadline
and continue until all places are filled. Early
applications are therefore strongly encouraged. |

Shortlisted
candidates may be invited for an interview.
All applicants will be notified of their application
results by mail 5-6 weeks after submission of
application and necessary documents. Please
contact SCOPE if you do not receive your result
within 6 weeks of submission. |
