Introduction
 

The University of Wolverhampton (UoW), through the School of Continuing and Professional Education (SCOPE), City University of Hong Kong (CityU), offers a 2-year part-time top-up programme leading to the BA (Hons) Business and Law.

The programme would offer sub-degree holders in business who have an interest in law an opportunity to study business and law in our programme. The programme covers key elements of business and the legal aspects in business. It will also serve as a taster for further study in law.

The programme would equip graduates professionally for future careers, in a broad range of business and legal sectors.

 
 
University of Wolverhampton (UoW)
UoW is one of the largest universities in the UK with over 22,000 students and 2,500 staff.

University of Wolverhampton Business School (UWBS) is one of the largest schools within the UoW. It has over three decades of experience in management education, delivering courses at undergraduate, postgraduate and professional levels to over 3,000 students a year.

Rated as excellent in the most recent Quality Assurance Agency audits (2006 and 2007) and reflected in the Sunday Times Good University Guide 2007, UWBS continues to build on its reputation for providing management education that meets the needs of participants and employers by combining the highest academic standards with the latest management research.

UoW School of Legal Studies (SLS) has over thirty years' experience of providing relevant, dynamic and forward-thinking legal education. SLS runs LLB (Hons) and LPCs, and courses in Criminal Justice, Corporate and Professional Law, and English and European Law at Undergraduate and Postgraduate levels. It is also active in a number of legal research areas, such as Insolvency and Company Law; Finance Law; Environmental Law; and Maritime and Trade Law.
