Introduction

To support the development of hospitality industry in Hong Kong, the School of Continuing and Professional Education (SCOPE), City University of Hong Kong signed a partnership agreement with Educational Institute of the American Hotel and Lodging Association (EI of AH&LA) in 2003 to launch a series of certificates and diploma hospitality management programme in Hong Kong. Our first day-time hospitality management diploma was launched in September 2004.
