Due
to the limited number of higher education places available
in the past, many people have missed the opportunity to continue
their studies after secondary education. The School of Continuing
and Professional Education (SCOPE) of City University of Hong
Kong (CityU) offers a Diploma in Management
Studies (DMS), which is specially designed for aspiring
learners to obtain a progression diploma followed by a bachelor's
degree in 4 years of part-time
study.
