Continuing Education Fund (CEF)

This programme is included on the list of reimbursable courses under the Government's Continuing Education Fund (CEF). Eligible applicants can obtain a reimbursement up to 80% of tuition fees, subject to a maximum of HK$10,000. Education Loan

Successful applicants are eligible to apply for the Non-means Tested Loan Scheme (NLS) administered by the Student Financial Assistance Agency (SFAA) of the HKSAR Government. The maximum financial assistance under the NLS is equivalent to the total tuition fees payable for the programme. Please refer to SFAA's homepage: www.info.gov.hk/sfaa for the prevailing NLS interest rate.

Repayment: repayable in 40 equal quarterly instalments within 10 years after graduation, termination of studies or 6 years from the first disbursement of financial assistance, whichever is earlier. For details or enquiries, please call 2150 6222 or visit SFAA's website.
