香港的大學教育漸趨普及, 但社會各方面的壓力, 學生的背景,學習態度及對高等教育的認知價值比以前變得複雜。對於從事於高等教育的老師, 怎樣可以激發及鼓勵學生對尋求知識的興趣及有正確的學習的態度和認知,是一項非常有挑戰的工作和使命。 游紹永博士曾於香港六間大專院校從事會計專業教學及行政管理工作35年, 在今年退休之前, 游博士誠意與城大同事們分享怎樣以愛心為本的專業教育 (以愛為教、以專為學), 去激勵學生尋求新知識及擁有一個正確人生的價值觀。
