Students and graduates may request CityU SCOPE to certify their academic or related records, please click the following links to download the respective forms as appropriate. Please follow the procedures and details as indicated in the “Notes to Applicants” of respective application forms, for examples, purpose/use, application and collection procedures, and normal processing time, etc.
