Payment Methods

Please mark down the bill settlement reference number or print out the confirmation screen as proof of payment.

ATM Payment Service 櫃員機繳費

If you are an ATM cardholder of HSBC, Hang Seng Bank or JETCO, you can settle your statement at the ATMs with the sign "BILL PAYMENT SERVICE" / "JET PAYMENT":
ATM及銀通咭持有人，可透過附有繳費易之櫃員機進行繳費：

PPS Payment by Internet 繳費靈之網上繳費

If you have a PPS account and a PPS Internet password, you can pay by PPS through the Internet at (http://www.ppshk.com) by following the steps below:
如果你是繳費靈的網上用戶，你可以登入(http://www.ppshk.com) 繳費：

Step 1 - Register Bill 登記賬單 Step 2 - Pay Bill 繳付賬單
●　Key in Account Number/Account Name and Internet
　  Password
　  輸入繳費靈戶口號碼/名稱及網上密碼
●　Select "Add Bill"
　  選擇 "登記賬單"
●　Select Merchant
　  選擇 "商戶"
●　Key in Bill Account Number
　  輸入賬單編號
●　End
　  完成

Merchant Code of CityU is "9164"
城市大學之商戶編號為"9164"		 ●　Key in Account Number/Account Name and Internet
　  Password
　  輸入繳費靈戶口號碼/名稱及網上密碼
●　Select "Pay Bill"
　  選擇 "繳付賬單"
●　Click "Pay" button to start the bill payment process
　  選擇所要繳付的賬單並按 "繳款"
●　Select "Bill Type 03" (where applicable), enter the pay
　  amount and select "Payment Date"
　  選擇賬單類別 "03"（如適用），輸入繳付金額及預設
　  繳交日期
●　Click "Proceed" to finish
　  按 "繼續進行" 來完成繳交手續
●　Print or save the payment details for future reference
　  列印或儲存繳費資料以作記錄
●　Select to pay other bill (if required)
　  選擇繳付其他賬單(如需要)
●　End
　  完成

PPS Payment by Phone PPS 繳費靈之電話繳費

　  選擇登記其他賬單(如需要)
●　End
　  完成

Internet Payment Services 網上銀行繳費服務

If you are a registered user of the following Internet Banking Service, you can make payment via the following websites:
如果你是網上銀行之用戶，利用網上銀行可以直接繳付費用：

  1. Hang Seng Bank account holders - http://www.hangseng.com
  2. HSBC account holders - http://www.hsbc.com.hk
  3. JETCO bank account holders - http://www.jetco.com.hk

When settling your account via the websites, key in your bill account no. for "Bill Account No." / "Bill Payee Account No.", Bill type '03' and the total amount to be paid as indicated in the fee statement.
透過網上銀行服 務，選擇繳費服務，輸入你的 "賬戶編號"，賬單類別 "03" 及繳付金額。

Bank Bill Payment by Credit Card 信用卡繳費

Payment by credit card can be made through e-banking service provided by the following banks:
以下銀行信用卡之客戶透過網上銀行可直接繳費：

When settling your account, please key in:

  • Payee - "City University of Hong Kong",
  • Your bill account no. for "Bill Account No.",
  • Bill type '03', and
  • The total amount to be paid.

利用信用卡繳費，必需加入商戶 "城市大學"，輸入 "賬單戶口號碼"， "賬單類別 03" 及 "繳付金額"。

Cheque or Cashier's Cheque Payment 支票或銀行本票繳費

Crossed cheque or cashier's cheque made payable to "City University of Hong Kong". Write down the following information on the back of the cheque:

  1. Student Name
  2. Programme code
  3. Bill Account No. (where applicable)

Postdated cheque will not be accepted.

劃線支票或銀行本票，抬頭請付「香港城市大學」，支票背後寫上學生姓名、課程編號及賬戶編號（如適用）。期票恕不接受。
