「考試減壓」工作坊 – 協助學生輕鬆面對考試壓力

The comments and suggestions given by Ms. Kirkwood are beneficial and inspiring. I am able to understand more about exam stress, eg. What are the symptoms and ways to cope with stress. The exercises for stress reduction and deep relaxation was my favorite part, which is really useful for me. I found out that it is normal to feel stressed during exams and assessments. We need to learn how to embrace it so as to manage them positively.
