The major take away after attending the two-days workshop “Multimedia Production in the Metaverse Era” is the know-how on editing videos with the latest editing tools and online resources. It is enlightening to find that we can learn the best practices such as different types of shots from movie trailers. Moreover, movies are also a good source for learning color theories and lighting essentials for producing videos. Thanks to the speaker, Mr. Beely Ho, for his extra efforts in conducting the workshop online. After all, as Mr. Ho noted, having a clear purpose and target to work out a rich and sound video content is the key success factor for a remarkable video.

作為資深的「電腦人」，抱着溫故知新的心情修讀此課程，意想不到，在沉悶的「疫」境下增添無比的樂趣，從「新」學習到，在不同的媒介輔助下，製作出吸引觀眾的短片。

這次的工作坊整體經驗良好。首先課程內容豐富，短短兩日時間已經掌握到拍攝、剪接、聲效等技巧，可以自行製作一條短片。而且導師準備相當充足，教材方面由淺入深，所教授內容亦切合同學需要。加上導師十分用心，不但講解清晰明快，更經常關心同學需要和進度，主動留意同學反應，並且細心解答同學每一個提問。希望日後可以有更多同類型活動，或更高階的工作坊，讓我們能從中學習更多。
