Financial Assistance Scheme for Post-secondary Students (FASP)* and Non-means-tested Loan Scheme for Post-secondary Students (NLSPS)

Non-means Tested Loan Scheme (NLS)
Successful applicants are eligible to apply for the Non-means Tested Loan Scheme (NLS) administered by the Student Finance Office (SFO) of the HKSAR government. The maximum financial assistance under the NLS is equivalent to the total tuition fees payable of the programme. Continuing Education Fund (CEF)*
Some modules of this programme are in the list of reimbursable courses under the Government’s Continuing Education Fund (CEF). Eligible applicants will be reimbursed 80% of the course fee (for the 1st HK$10,000 subsidy) and 60% of the course fee (for the remaining HK$15,000 subsidy), subject to a maximum sum of HK$25,000, on successful completion of a reimbursable course which classes commence on or after 1 August 2022.
