First of all, Alice is very experienced in giving advices. I learnt it from our conversation. She always knows exactly what the talent acquisition team is looking for and shows the corresponding direction to meet their needs.

Following that, Alice also reminded me of some common mistakes that candidates usually make, for example, being led to answer yes or no while the answer could be more flexible and situational.

In addition, in the workshop, Alice also helped find out some useful websites which will increase my understanding towards my pursuing career. Honestly, I feel much more confident for my upcoming challenges and interviews for sure, as I am now better prepared and equipped.
