共30小時，每週一節 (星期六) ;
早上9時半 至 下午1時 及下午2 時 至5時半

課 程 結 構

1. 發掘非牟利機構的受惠者和持分者潛在需求 9小時
  • 探討受惠者面對的挑戰
  • 識別持分者在不同層面的挑戰
  • 為進行調查，準備以使用者為出發點的同理心問題
  • 透過同理心訪問，發掘受惠者的痛點、需求和期望
2. 定義受惠者在社會中的重要需求 3小時
  • 透過定性資料繪圖，整合導致挑戰出現的重要成因
  • 從選取的受惠者片段，概述他們的外表、行為和態度
3. 指出在現實社會中社會創新的機會 3小時
  • 透過受惠者經歷繪圖 (journey mapping)，分析受惠者的經驗、挑戰和期望
  • 指出導致挑戰出現的主要成因和背後的社會創新機會
4. 建立突破和創新的想法 3小時
  • 透過垂直思維方式 (Vertical Thinking Approaches)，建立不同程度的突破想法
  • 透過橫向思維方式 (Horizontal Thinking Approaches)，建立不同角度的創新想法
5. 為突破和創新的想法劃分優先次序 3小時
  • 根據投資報酬原則 (return-on-investment)，為想法排序
  • 從受惠者或社會角度出發，為想法排序
6. 將創新想法轉化為實際方案 3小時
  • 將想法轉化為可視的、可行的方案，並列出執行流程
  • 為選取的解決方案，製作定性的、可觸及的、可體驗的原型
7. 應用創新方案在現實社會中 6小時
  • 匯報最終方案，並提及預計的社會得益和受惠者回饋
  • 到訪知名的非牟利機構 (3小時)
  • 建立執行方案，並附上社會風險分析報告

香港房屋經理學會下稱（"學會"）成立於 1988 年 11 月 29 日，按照公司法例（香港法例第 32 章）以有限公司形式註冊。同時由 1997 年 5 月 9 日開始按照香港房屋經理學會條例（第 507 章，本為 1997 年第 34 號）正式成立為一個註冊法團。作為專業團體，學會的成員都是負責策劃 和統籌各種房屋管理服務的專業人士，他們的工作包括房屋的設計、供應、改善、管理和行政事務。學會的行政由它的理事會負責。理事會由會長、副會長、司庫、秘書、上屆會長，與及不少於 10 名但亦不超過 25 名的註冊會員組成，於每年會員大會經投票選出。

 

現時學會會員所管理的房屋不少於全港所有房屋的百份之七十，使超過百份之七十的香港人口得以安居樂業。

2016 年 8 月會員人數已超過 3,000 人。會員主要任職於公營機構、發展商和各大物業管理公司。

此課程列入持續進修基金認可課程之中，學生成功修畢並達到七成出席率，可申請發還課程學費，首一萬元資助的比率為課程學費總額之八成，而次一萬五千元資助的比率為課程學費總額之六成，並以港幣兩萬五千元正為上限。
