Programme Curriculum of Year 2 Study
This programme lasts for 9 months of part time study and comprises 6 modules with a total of 77 QF credits. Each 12-QF credit module consists of 39 contact hours.

Assessment and Award
Assessment includes coursework and examination.
Students who have passed all the required courses with an overall attendance of 70% or above will be awarded the Advanced Diploma in Facility and Property Management by CityU SCOPE.
Professional Recognitions
Facility Management Professional (FMP), IFMA
The programme covers the whole syllabus of IFMA’s Facility Management Professional (FMP) credential program and prepares students to sit in four online assessments of FMP credential program.
Students can opt to take these online assessments on their own costs. After successful completion of all online assessments, students would be eligible to attain FMP designation.

- BA Marketing with Digital Media, Edinburgh Napier University (ordinary degree for students with business background)

BA Marketing with Digital Media is an exempted programme under the Non-local Higher and Professional Education (Regulation) Ordinance (Ref. no.: 453221 [BA]). It is a matter of discretion for individual employers to recognise any qualification to which these programmes may lead.
